The Business and Commercial Services Division has a dedicated real
estate practice specializing in advising overseas nationals and foreigners
on buying, leasing or otherwise investing in Italian real estate and
property. The Firm’s qualified team manages all aspects of the process
on the client’s behalf.
The Business and Commercial Services Division, and particularly the
corporate transactional law department, is dedicated to the efficient
and expert assistance of Italian clients operating abroad and to foreign
clients interested in promoting and developing business in Italy.
Recognizing the significant differences between the legal and administrative
systems in the United States and Italy, the Firm includes attorneys
with United States legal education and practice experience. Additionally,
the Firm has well established relationships with professional service
institutions in the United States including specialized regional legal
counselors, tax advisors and accounting firms, and most notably, business
development and trade specialists. In particular, the Firm has a working
relationship with New York based law firm Pavia & Harcourt LLP, to
assist with all transnational legal needs.
The Firm strives to provide a comprehensive approach to Italian and
international tax law and financial advice. The Firm’s tax advisors
are fluent in English and Italian and hold qualifications including
prior international tax planning experience with major international
accounting and consulting firms. The Firm provides seamless approaches
to international tax strategy, including transfer pricing, presented
