utilities sector, combining its prowess in administrative, company
and commercial law with its ability to analyze financial and tax impacts
produced by operations. The Firm’s substantial Administrative Law
Division focuses on substantive utilities sector issues and projects,
from obtaining authorizations, administrative permissions, resolutions
regarding assignment of service supply contracts, and declarations
for the adjudication of services, to the drafting of public service
and works contracts.
The Firm has specific competence in the field of Environmental Law
with particular reference to the protection of waters, air quality
and waste management. P&A helps its clients to manage the relationship
with the Public Authorities, and assists with authorizations necessary
to carry out any dangerous or polluting activity (dumping, emissions,
waste treatment) and authorizations required for the building and
realization of the various plants (co-generators, incinerators, dumps,
